Black Friday is SANTA's Day!

First off - you should definitely check out the derivation of Black Friday - it's wild! - But all told I consider Black Friday as Santa Day!

In honor of "the man with the bag" on his day - I am offering a special Santa Magic Sleigh Cinnamon Loaf Cake. A light golden loaf cake swirled with nice cinnamon crumb. The cake is delicious as is or toasted for a little crunch on the outside.

The pan creates a scene of Santa, his packages and reindeer flying through the sky. The design is accented with red and white royal icing which adds an occasional extra beat of sweetness. It is a neat cake to eat on Christmas day in honor of the hard work "Santa" has put in.

Now Santa is not a person without flaws and while I do have a complicated relationship with him and some of his behavior. I mean, Santa, how you gonna treat little Ruddy like trash until he saves your night? As I told you (via the television) "You know better than that!" Shame on you Santa .

And even my 5 year old self, and those of you who know me know, I had questions about his logistics - a lot of Santa's M.O. simply did not hold together! That said, however, I still kept some doubts to myself you know - just in case! 🙂
